How does the AI size finder work?
Our AI fit assistant asks you two simple measurements — underbust and bust — and uses a proven sizing engine to calculate your recommended innerwear size. The AI then adds a warm, personalised explanation. Your measurements are never stored in identifiable form and are never shared.
What if I don't have a measuring tape?
No problem. You can use a non-stretch string, wrap it around and mark the length, then measure the string against a ruler. Alternatively, choose the 'I know my size' path in the size finder and we'll adjust based on how your current fit feels.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry band sizes 30–44 and cup sizes A through G. If you fall outside this range our size finder will still give you guidance and a note about current availability.
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, select your size, and add to cart. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Log in or create a free account to complete your delivery details at checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. An authenticated account is required to place an order and use our AI Size Finder. You can still freely browse the shop, add items to your cart, and build a wishlist before logging in.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across major Pakistani cities. Remote areas may take 5–8 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary by city and order size and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, innerwear cannot be returned unless the item is defective. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Are my measurements private?
Absolutely. Your underbust and bust measurements are processed only to calculate your size and are never written to logs, shared with third parties, or associated with your name in any identifiable way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number. You can also view your order status under My Account → My Orders if you have an account.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is on our roadmap — join the waitlist on our homepage to be notified first.
