Exchange Policy

• ✓Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• ✓Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• ✓Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product (subject to availability).
• ✓Shipping cost of the exchange is covered by Kurveluv on the first exchange per order.

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, innerwear cannot be returned unless it is defective or incorrect. We inspect every item before dispatch, but if something goes wrong we will make it right.

• ✓Full refund or replacement for defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• ✓Full refund or replacement if you receive the wrong item.
• ✓Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer within 3–5 business days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items

• ✕Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• ✕Items without original tags or packaging.
• ✕Items reported after the 7-day window (except defective items reported within 48 hours).

How to Request an Exchange or Return

2. 2Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For defective items, attach a clear photo.
3. 3Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
4. 4Once approved, pack the item securely and hand it to our courier.
5. 5Replacement or refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
