You agree to use kurveluv.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems. • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without permission. • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Creating an account is optional but required to track orders and save your size profile. You are responsible for: • Keeping your password confidential. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately at support@kurveluv.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where a price was displayed incorrectly. An order confirmation email or WhatsApp message constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other reasons, with a full refund issued promptly.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is due to the courier at the time of delivery. Refusing delivery without prior notice may affect your ability to place future COD orders. Additional payment methods may be introduced and will be governed by the terms of the respective payment provider.

We deliver within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–8 business days for other areas. These are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

In summary: • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, tagged items. • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. • Refunds for COD orders are processed by bank transfer within 3–5 business days of approval.

The AI size finder provides a sizing recommendation based on the measurements you enter. It is intended as a helpful guide only and does not constitute a guarantee of fit. Sizing can vary between styles and individual body shapes. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from acting on size recommendations. If your recommended size does not fit, our exchange policy applies. Your measurements are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on kurveluv.com — including text, images, logos, design, and software — is the property of Kurveluv or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g. sharing a product link).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kurveluv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including loss of data or profit. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
